Dolce Vita warrants that it will, at its sole discretion, replace or repair your product if it proves defective due to faulty workmanship or materials, subject to the limitations outlined below.

This warranty covers material and manufacturing defects for the specific duration stated on your accompanying warranty card.

Please Note: Dolce Vita is not responsible for ancillary expenses, including but not limited to transportation, installation, or labor costs. Dolce Vita's total liability will never exceed the original purchase price of the mattress.

Limitations & Coverage

What is Covered:

  • Structural Failures: Broken, burst, or bent internal coils.

  • Excessive Sagging: Visible indentation or deformation greater than 1.5 inches under normal wear and tear.

  • Foam Integrity: Splitting or cracking of the foam layers (not resulting from misuse).

  • Cover Assembly: Any manufacturing defects in the stitching or assembly of the mattress cover.

What is NOT Covered:

  • Misuse & Neglect: Any product subjected to accident, neglect, or used in violation of instructions (including failure to place the mattress on a proper bed frame).

  • Physical Damage: Burns, cuts, tears, liquid damage, or stains to the mattress structure or cover fabric.

  • Normal Settling: Indentations or sagging measuring less than 1.5 inches.

  • Comfort Preference: Personal changes in preference regarding mattress firmness or comfort level.

  • Improper Storage: Damage caused by leaving the mattress compressed in its original box packaging for extended periods (exceeding 2 to 4 weeks).

  • Unsuitable Foundations: Damage resulting from using an unsupportive base or bed frame.

  • Unwrapped Mattresses: If the protective polyethylene packaging has not been removed during use, we will be unable to process the claim.

Depreciation Policy

The value of your mattress decreases over time. Under our luxury warranty framework, claim values are determined using a standard depreciation factor based on the total warranty period and the age of the mattress.

The depreciation percentage is calculated using the following formula:

Depreciation Percentage = [( Current Gross Price / Total Warranty Period) * Period of usage)] 


Disclaimer: Depreciation is strictly calculated from the original date of purchase up to the exact date the claim voucher is issued.

How to Claim Your Warranty

1.Gather Documentation:

Prerequisite : Locate your signed warranty card and stamped invoice. We cannot process warranty claims without these verified, filled documents.


2.Submit Your Details:

Online Form : Fill out our online claims form completely and upload clear, high-resolution photos of the mattress defect (including measurements of any sagging).


3.Claim Review:

1-3 Business Days: Our dedicated claims team will review your submission and contact you within 1 to 3 business days with an official decision based on our inspection guidelines.


4.Receive Voucher: 

Approval: If your mattress is found to be claimable under our policy, a Dolce Vita claim voucher will be generated and issued directly to you.


5.Schedule Exchange:

Final Step: Coordinate with your nearest authorized Dolce Vita dealer to schedule your mattress exchange. Ensure you bring your original warranty card, invoice, and claim voucher to avoid any complications.
